Testing with first aid suggests that this does not push max effective skill points past 10 (a 10-SP first aid in combat patched 27 points - if S=11, then minimum would have been 28). Similar with mind jab (but it was a pain to test over a potential range of damage ranges before halving) --XKiv (talk) 00:02, 24 March 2024 (PDT)
