Tracing the edits, it looks like this: Malk creates talk page. Malk updates talk page. Malk erases talk page. Matt updates talk page. Matt erases talk page. He has a right to redact his own contributions. soleta 12:43, 8 April 2008 (MST)

I would go so far as to suggest that when my edits are wrong, I have an obligation to correct them, in this case by removing the entry.
