Also, you know, the voice, hair, and facial profile look basically the same, and the suit he's wearing can't really hide his unusually athletic bulk. Plus the double-dice keychain he's fondling like a talisman is identical to the High Roller's.
Also, he's apparently recognized you and decided to attack, even out of uniform.
