Ah, here we have a wand made from the finest oak, from a tree at least three hundred years old. The core is made from the spun hairs of three unicorns, and it was made over a lake while lit by the reflected light of the gibbous moon.
Either that, or it's made of plastic and was bought for $3.99 at the local magic shop.

Notes
- Used to be called "Justin Illusion placeholder".
- Not consumed when used in combat.
- X and Y are 5-9 + floor((level+1)/5), capped at 13-17.
- The "worse for the wear" message weakens opponent by 5 FT.
- Against frusion enemies it fails with the message:
