I got it by fighting Sophocles with 3 sources of Soul Gazing equipped. (Pallid Mask, sophocle's monocle, sophocle's bifocles). It may get triggered with just one or more of Sophocle's accessories.

When fighting Sophocles, it triggers the message:

"You gaze deep into your opponent's soul:

You sense that he's staring right back into yours, but overwhelm his gaze with your superior focles"

Got it too. I used Vectored Visor of Virtuous Verisimilitude, monocle, and bifocles. The badge image suggest teh bifocles. (also it took me almost 2 days to find a single sophocles among the multitudes of other villains ...) --XKiv (talk) 17:16, 17 August 2016 (PDT)
