Sundowner Breeze
A localized version of Twilight's "sundowner" katabatic wind frames you in a particularly theatrical light. The tradeoff is the wind is known for irritating those around you, and you get just enough grit and dust in your eyes to make each fight a challenge. It's surely worth it, though.
Increases foe toughness
Cost: 30 PP
When Used
You whip up a dramatic and particularly irritating breeze as a sort of way to show off. (Added for X minutes.)
Notes
- Increases foe toughness by 2*level + 2S, where S is the number of
skill points invested. - X is 30 + S.
