You can create a violent whirlwind that stuns your opponent and leaves them feeling dizzy and weakened, plus somewhat damaged.

Cost: 10 PP
This skill is obtained from the Heroes' Guild after training to become a level 9 Elemental.
When used, it deals damage. The damage probably scales, but you can expect 8-13 damage at level 18. How much it stuns or delevels enemies is unknown.
