As listed, the badge makes no sense. That combination doesn't seem to mean anything. Having it be all four candies makes more sense than "everything from the pill bottle plus this one candy". That didn't make sense to me either. I got the badge with all four trick-or-treat candy effects, which is more consistent with the trainer text. I'm going to say that's the trigger. Ok, I got this, not when reaching level 10 (already had the pops consumed) but after buffing for the Mick. here's the list of what I had, something must have caused it:
- Deleted list, bottle of pills buffs and having at least 1 halloween candy consumed did the trick, unknown if the halloween candy is needed at all.
