Power Brain's circlet
Plural: Power Brain's circlets
Thankfully, while Power Brain was from the depths of the Sanatarium, he didn't have one of those gross enormous brains with no skull, so you won't see him at Big Wide Hats in the mall.
He was, however, insanely durable, an ability he attributed to his superior intellect which allowed him to predict the actions villains would take and then move to counter them before they acted. It was all very complicated.
This is the hideous circlet he would wear. He thought it looked great, but everyone else would snicker behind his back. Just... just hook it on your belt like a talisman and you'll be fine.

Notes
- When bought: The shopkeeper accepts your 5 silver stars and hands you a circlet you wouldn't be caught dead in. With that in mind, you'll just have to make certain not to die.
