How Obtained

Given as a gift on July 17, 2009 by Ryme to winners of the May 2009 Bounty.
It arrived in a message that said:

This is your prize for picking one of the winning metalcrafting names. Thanks!

When Used

You spend fifteen minutes trying to slowly untie the ribbon on the prize box, and then just give up and pull it to shreds, along with the rest of the box. Inside you find a note from Ryme saying, "You number one lucky winner! Congratulation!" You thought Ryme would be both a little more coherent and a little more personal after all the blood, sweat, and tears you put into whatever it was you did to earn this.
