You are fighting the golden mole.
The Chrysochloridae family are among the wealthiest of the mole people. They're so wealthy, in fact, that they'd probably be called "the golden moles" even if their hair weren't literally made out of gold.

Hit messages:
- The mole jabs you with its smart phone charging cable that doubles as a cigar lighter. Turns out it also does okay as a taser.
- The mole calls up some cronies to give you a once over.
- The golden mole grabs you with one of its horrible pincers.
He hits you for X damage.
Critical hit message:
Your opponent has a critical hit! He hits you for X damage.
Miss messages:
- The mole jabs you with its smart phone charging cable that doubles as a cigar lighter. Turns out you're not compatible.
- The mole calls up some cronies to give you a once over, but they refuse when they find out they're getting paid in hair.
- The golden mole snaps at you with its pincers.
Fumble messages:
Your foe fumbles! He takes X damage.
If one of the first four to be defeated:
The mole hangs back, waiting for an opportunity to come back for more.
If the fifth to be defeated:
The mole flees, joining up with its comrades to form... a giant molebot.
Known resistances/weaknesses
Immune to electric damage.
50% resistant to physical damage.
50% weak to acid damage.

Notes
- After every round of combat, the golden mole does damage with the following message:
- The golden mole's thick, luxurious hair has built up an equally luxurious static charge, shocking you for X (electric) damage.
- Sometimes, at the end of a combat round, if you also defeated the golden mole:
- The golden mole comes around for another pass, showering you with sparks for X (electric) damage damage.
- Sometimes, at the end of a combat round, if you also defeated the thin blue mole:
- The thin blue mole stares at you from the sidelines, its icy gaze dealing you X (ice) damage and giving you a serious case of the jibbilies.
- Sometimes, at the end of a combat round, if you also defeated the pink mole rat:
- The less said about how the pink mole rat ran past and dealt you X (psychic) damage damage, the better.
- Sometimes, at the end of a combat round, if you also defeated the green moled:
- The green moled spits a torrent of acid at you. Eugh! X (acid) damageand eugh!
- Sometimes, at the end of a combat round, if you also defeated the red mole:
- The red mole lobs a series of bombs at you from the sidelines, blowing you to X (fire) damage damage of smithereens.
