When Used
You gulp the grim pill. It makes you grimace and leaves a bad taste in your mouth that makes you grumpy. You get an effect, Dangerously Dour. (Added for 90 minutes.)

- Like most pills of this type, the item's name is a word play on "pilgrim". This explains the reference to Plymouth Rock, the site of disembarkation of the Mayflower Pilgrims.
