How Obtained
When Used
You put the ice on your tongue and let it melt. It makes you feel like you're in the hospital, but you regain 10-20 PP.
Using multiple:
You put the chips on your tongue and let them melt. It's not even enough to give you brain freeze, but you do regain some PP.
You slip the <foe> some chips to leave you alone, but the chips are so cold it deals 10-20 damage instead.
