When used against Justin Illusion, I got this message:
- You reach through your talisman and crush your foe's psychic defenses. You didn't quite get to their dreams, but that should help out.
In addition, the stun only lasted two turns (turn used and next turn). I'm guessing that the trigger for this would be an enemy with psychic resistance. Didn't check for any changes to psychic resistance, though. (In fact, didn't even notice until after the fight!) --hoyifung04 07:14, 16 July 2012 (PDT)
