This has multiple possible results (and no multiuse). Each seems to be a test for a different attribute:

You look over the map. It seems to lead somewhere up in the mountains. Unfortunately the spot is high in the icy mountains.

But the cold never bothered you anyway, so you sing an uplifting tune while gathering the materials. You found 311 chips worth of valuable minerals.
You get what you can between the shivering. You found 116 chips worth of valuable minerals.


OR

You look over the map. It seems to lead somewhere up in the mountains. You find the spot, but it's just a mineral vein.

You chip off some pieces, but it's tough going.

You found 105 chips worth of valuable minerals.


OR

You look over the map. It seems to lead somewhere up in the mountains. The spot isn't very well marked, so you have no choice but to look around.

After a bit of searching, though, your superior senses are able to find it.

You found 323 chips worth of valuable minerals.


OR

You look over the map. It seems to lead somewhere up in the mountains. The spot right next to scrawled text reading "BEARS!"

You head up there but don't see anything like a bear the whole trip. Well, it is a pretty old map. You come back with a decent haul. You found 352 chips worth of valuable minerals.
You bearly (ahem) make it out unmauled, but you grab a few minerals on the way. You found 111 chips worth of valuable minerals.


OR

You look over the map. It seems to lead somewhere up in the mountains. It's around a particularly perilous pass.

Thankfully, you're able to take the route as the hero flies, uncovering the hidden cache.

You found 371/307 chips worth of valuable minerals.
