The Universal Foe Obliterator is the finest of the weapons created by Wekillum Inc. Designed to destroy any foe you'll run into, it's a masterful achievement of efficiency. It should be noted that in this case, universal just means generic; it's not designed for foes that threaten the entire universe or are as big as a universe.
