A tangle of toffee is sort of like a rope of licorice, except it's made with an actual rope that's just covered in molten toffee. If you have telekinesis, I strongly suggest throwing it with that so you don't get tangled up yourself.
But, if you ever need to tangle up someone else and really mean it, this is your way to do it. Seriously, there's like decades of tangles in here.
