As you patrol the Sanatarium, you're nearly knocked off your feet as a psychiatrist turns the corner and slams into you. But you're considerably more sturdy than the doctor, so you manage to remain standing while he is sent sprawling, dropping his clipboard and a handful of medicine bottles.
"Oh my goodness!" he exclaims. "I'm so sorry, but we've got to get out of here. Something bad is happening." He seems flustered but relatively sane, which is a nice change of pace.
You help him collect his things and pull him to his feet. The doctor seems to notice you for the first time. He stops talking and eyes your unusual outfit, apparently trying to decide whether you're one of the escaped inmates. Before you can say anything reassuring, the doctor turns and runs away. Only after he's left do you realize he left one of his bottles behind.
You got an item: bottle of pills
