Thrice per day this nifty little device can be triggered to emit a pulse of energy that's near-devastating to most robots. Thankfully it's directional, or it would also take out your watch and any other electronic gear you're carrying. - You point the EMP device at your opponent and push the button. At first it doesn't look like anything happened, but then sparks start shooting out from under your foe's skin. Your opponent takes X damage.
- or
- You zap your opponent with the EMP device, but it doesn't seem to do anything.
After the 3rd time every day:
- You've already used that three times today, so it's not going to work again until tomorrow.
