A large coffin. Why are you lugging around a large coffin? More importantly, why does this coffin have a place to mount some kind of round plaque on the front? Equally curious is the door on the front. It almost looks like the body to a large grandfather clock. But what kind of nutjob has a clock shaped like a coffin?

You stare at the coffin and then start adding some of the other weird things you've found in the Sanatarium. Soon, you have an unnecessarily creepy clock that doesn't seem to keep time. Even worse, the door in the front opens, beckoning you in.
