Normally I wouldn't do this for content I've made, but I had nothing to do with the restoration formula. With that in mind:

You pop the cap and guzzle down the elixir. It tastes just like it looks, but it sure makes you feel better. You gain 133 HP and 266 PP.

That gain looks a lot like Level -1 for HP and (Level -1)*2 for PP. Someone want to try with a lower level character? Cristiona
