astral spline
Plural: astral splines
This appears to be part of some strange animal weaponry. It's part spike and part slicer and part spine -- let's just call it a spline. There's one small part at the end you can hold, and the rest will cut you or anything else like a wedding cake after a three-hour ceremony.
