This is a genuine OilBaboon scriptlet. Then again, since OilBaboon is open source, pretty much anything could be genuine. Regardless, this is a short piece of code that tells things what to do. It's like that code you use for your computer, but different.

You jam the scriptlet into your opponent's dataport. And no, that's not a metaphor, I do mean that literally. Why your opponent's dataport was open in the first place, I don't know, but that's generally how these things work, isn't it? Your opponent takes 92 damage from the destructive script.
