How Obtained

Dropped sometime after encounters when International agent of intrigue is your sidekick

When Used

You activate the spy pen, which allows you to unfold a tripod, mechanized wheels, and a targeting mechanism. And a laser pointer. And a personal identification system, which you use to imprint the pen on you. Now it's trained to tactically shine into the eyes of your opponents, but never into your own.You gain an effect: Living Penlights. (Added for 60 minutes.)

Using multiple:

And a personal identification system, which you use to imprint the pen on you. Now it's trained to tactically shine into the eyes of your opponents, but never into your own.
