I did NOT lose 'all HP' when getting this adventure just now. I am level 12, I had 153/171 HP, and lost 151, leaving me with 2/171. --Lxndr 11:30, 4 March 2011 (PST)
You most likely had a +hp per turn effect/item on. --Zillow--
