Based on my own fussing with the skill it gives {{col|fire|+2 damage}} for 30 minutes with no skill points. Beyond that for each skill point you receive an additional {{col|fire|+1 damage}} as well as an additional minute of the effect per casting. Based on my own fussing with the skill it gives +2 damage for 30 minutes with no skill points. Beyond that for each skill point you receive an additional +1 damage as well as an additional minute of the effect per casting.
