I found it after finishing a maso psion futility belt run, but am told it only just went live so something else in my retcon history likely spawned it. It is now available in Nocturne's Shop for 17 mettle. As with everything there it is tied to retconning. I found it after finishing a maso psion futility belt run, but am told it only just went live so something else in my retcon history likely spawned it.
