arm sling, bling by Ali C, herostalker hat, instructor's whistle, magnifying glass, portable desk, running shoes, silencer, toothsome necklace, and Villain Marathon shirt don't seem to affect the outcome. Didn't actually try with all brutish gear, just Hercules sandals, raccoon mask, and super distressed shirt.
