You can spray your opponent with a blast of home-made stun gas that's likely to disorient and weaken your opponent.

When Used
You spray your opponent with some home-made stun gas, disorienting it and making it weaker.

Notes
- Foe hit and offense are reduced by 5 + (S/2), where S is the number of skill points invested.
- The chance of stun is 20% + S%.
- Prior to the introduction of skill points, foe hit and offense were reduced by 6 and the chance of stun was 25%.
- Fails against frusion enemies with a message:
You spray your opponent with some home-made stun gas, which does little to nothing.
