This shows up as +3% on alts with 0SP and with 10SP invested in Upgrade Weapons, so it is not from the conversion of fumbles to crits. - That's how it worked before skill points. Assuming everything's working correctly, that's how it should work now. Cristiona
Extra crit chance
It appears that there is a crit chance boost that comes from this. This shows up as +3% on alts with 0SP and with 10SP invested in Upgrade Weapons, so it is not from the conversion of fumbles to crits.
