How Obtained
When Used
If you don't have a computer:
You go to install the software on a computer ... but then you realize you don't actually have a computer in the lab yet. Maybe you oughta talk to the folks at the electronics store by the University and see if they've got any suggestions for you.
If you don't have it installed:
You pop in the CD and install the software. It's now available at your Computer Lab.
The licensing on these is such that you can keep a copy of the installer for future usage.
If you already have it installed:
You've already got this installed and thus don't need to install it again. You hang on to this copy in case you ever need it later.

- Using the software and running it on a computer gives Registry Cleaner - ∞ as an effect.
