Working tracking the boost to stats for leveling. I'll start on one of the alts for confirmation on the lower levels as well.
Level 81:
You gain 9 hit points. You gain 14 power points.
Your strength increases by 4 points.
Your intellect increases by 6 points.
Your reflexes increase by 5 points.

I think I might have found the new intrinsic...I was able to get 55% resists on my character sheet as an Ele, though not to psychic. After some extra testing just to be sure we should add this info here.
edit: if it's indeed a 55% cap for elemental resistances, I wouldn't be surprised if the new Psion intrinsic is a higher cap for psy resistance(perhaps 60%, since it's a single element...)Kurg 04:14, 16 August 2011 (PDT)
Fire, ice, and electric are capped at 55%. Acid, sonic, and psychic are still capped at 50%. --hoyifung04 20:51, 16 August 2011 (PDT)
