The easiest is to place it in storage/memento and then having the cursor over the remove from storage link, the browser will display the full link and it contains the itemid. Was unable to include the following:
+5% chance of enemy fumbles** +5% to your maximum Power Points Cool as Ice
** Fumble and critical hit values are capped at +/- 20%.

- There are many ways of finding out an item id.
