femticore

You are fighting a femticore.

This is a female manticore. Or a woman guyticore. Or a girl boyticore. Let's just call her a femticore.
Your opponent attacks ...

Hit messages:

  • She flings some spikes from her tail at you, which is a pretty cool trick.
  • She's a maneater. Neither the kind that stalks the halls or the kind that likes oats, but the kind that's gnawing on your leg right now.
  • She bats you back and forth like a cat playing with its food.
Special Attack: The femticore's attack leaves you mentally shaken. You acquire an effect: Dazed. (Added for 30 minutes.)

She hits you for X damage.

Critical hit message:

Your opponent has a critical hit! She hits you for X damage.

Miss messages:

  • She flings some spikes from her tail at you. Thankfully, they're slower than bullets and you dodge them easily.
  • She may be a maneater, but she doesn't manage to chew you up. You chalk it up to your daily regimen of hall runs at night and oats for breakfast.
  • She pounces on you like a cat, but you unleash the power of the red dot and send her rushing off.

Fumble messages:

Your foe fumbles! She takes X damage.

Victory! You beat up your foe and win the combat!

You gain 165 experience.

You got an item: quill blade Quill-blade.gif (19 ± 2%)
You got an item: red claw Red-claw.gif (9.7 ± 1.5%)
