sandman |
---|
You are fighting a sandman.
This isn't a man of sand, it's a man that lives out in the sand. Well, maybe a man. He's so wrapped up in bandages, so it's hard to tell. A sand-person.
Your opponent attacks ...
Hit messages:
- He grabs you and throws you down a dune till you have a case of vertigo. damage + (psychic) damage
- He bashes you over the head so hard that you exit light, and enter night.
- He sticks his tusk in you. I didn't mention the tusk? Well, sometimes you have to stick a tusk in for a pun.
He hits you for X damage.
Critical hit message:
Your opponent has a critical hit! He hits you for X damage.
Miss messages:
- He tries to spin you right round, but you turn the tables on him and give him vertigo so badly he can barely stand up, let alone attack you.
- He takes a few potshots at you with his rifle from a distance, but misses every shot. Doesn't he know that only the guards from Castle Hundenswein are that precise?
- He offers to compare favorite numbers with you. He picks 1138, you pick 1337. He runs off in shame, but he'll soon be back, and with greater numbers.
Fumble messages:
Your foe fumbles! He takes X damage.
Victory! You beat up your foe and win the combat!
You gain 67 experience.
