Commander Clingfilm's Cowl
Plural: Commander Clingfilm's Cowls
Commander Clingfilm was an active hero despite his only power being the telekinetic control of clingfilm (you know, plastic wrap). With his entire clingfilm costume, including this massive cowl that he wore over his clingfilm helmet, he terrorized the villains of Twilight.

He disappeared one night, a mystery still unsolved along with the murder of millionaire plastic wrap mogul Charles C. Clingington IV. This was back during the Silver Age, when a million was a lot of money and they used weird slips of paper rather than casino chips, so it was a big deal at the time.

In spite of the Commander's disappearance, a little bit of his telekinetic power lingers in the cowl, leaving it to billow out around your helmet in an invisible breeze and wrap up enemy weapons heading towards your face.
