As you patrol a portion of the desert between Area 54 and the foothills of the nearby mountains, you stumble upon an old, abandoned miner's shack. You peek inside and are startled to find the remains of a human skeleton! The poor guy must have been the owner of the shack. You back out slowly to leave the guy in peace, but grab a hunk of glittery rock that's sitting on a table near the door. When you get back to town you take it to a metallurgist's shop and find out the hunk had a decent amount of valuable metal in it. He buys the rock off of you, and you go home richer!
