You've heard a lot in the news about trouble in the Neighboring and Neighborly Neighborhood, right next to your own. That might also be a good place for a crime-fighting beginner to patrol. Plus it's the neighborly thing to do.

Adventure in Neighboring and neighborly neighborhood until you get Officer Down. The following entry will be in your journal: |
Remember that police officer you rescued a while back? You wonder how he's doing. Maybe you should check in on him sometime. If only there were some central location downtown where they took people who had recently been shot ... hm, like the University hospital, perhaps?

Visiting the Twilight Hospital will yield Officer Back Up and the following message to the journal: |
