The name of each monster is randomly generated, and has no effect on its stats, which scale according to player level. Each name consists of five parts: a rank, a prefix, a suffix, a monster type, and a place of origin. The possibilities are listed in the table below, making for a possible total of 7290 lesser fiends and 7290 greater fiends, or perhaps 3645 of each, it's not known yet.

Rank Pre Suf Type from Origin

Mount Vernon, Kentucky

Notes

  • Becomes unlocked in Out in the Desert upon reaching level 11.
  • It is unknown how the name affects the rate of the Abaddon charm drop, which no longer drops based on fiend name.
