You find an empty receptionist's desk--gone for the night, already beaten up, it doesn't really matter to you--and shuffle through the drawers looking for anything incriminating. All the files are on the computer, which, unfortunately, was properly locked when the receptionist left. (See? What did I tell you? This place is suspicious!)
You do find an unlocked desk drawer, though, with a petty cash box inside. It's unusually well stocked, too. You pocket the chips, figuring financial sabotage is the next best thing after cracking skulls. Or something like that.
