Chip drops don't follow the pattern I saw with higher level encounters, so I'm only guessing the data is complete. But it jibes closely with what was up before, minus Winsday. But I don't think it's a coincidence that the burglar and tourist come up the same, or that the cult leader's max drop = his XP. --Jesus 05:43, 4 March 2010 (UTC)

- My level 2 multi activated villains. I've also gotten it on my first adventure downtown. I think it's just RNG. Cristiona
