Spring-Heeled Jack's boots
Plural: pairs of Spring-Heeled Jack's boots
After the mess on the hill, Jack and Jill decided to set their sights higher and add some technology to their hi-jinks. They may not have been Mungojerrie and Rumpleteazer, but they certainly managed quite a bit of damage in their day. Eventually, they were put away, but it seems their paraphernalia survived.
These are Jack's boots. He engineered them to have spring-loaded platforms that allowed him to jump over any obstacle in his way. He also took the time to install tiny little balancing devices to help him when he got cornered into a fight. While you may not lead a life of crime, you'll probably find them quite useful.
