** Hypothesis(es): gadgeteer (played with the bots), some pills (was there any other new drop there?), reputation (one of those that gives access to the kits), low-jump boots (it's down), very high level (~ old age and nostalgia that comes with that) ... maybe +XP effects? ***I've gotten Elijah bots as a Naturalist before, as well as while being high level and low level, and being Balanced and Vigilante (which don't work for Kits). Didn't need low-jump boots, and have done it both with and without buffs. I had full + combat when I found it on Harry, but yet that didn't help on Dresden II.
