This skill is obtained from the Heroes' Guild after training to become a level 3 Elemental.
Use Message
You blast your opponent with an ice bolt, dealing Template:Ice.
When Used
Deals X damage to enemy. Initial damage appears to be 16-22. At level 10, the damage is 25-30. (Needs spading)
