So far, using 2 alts with 4 minute turns, I've only experienced 12 and 13 combats between 2 villains without villain chance modifiers. They seem to show up at most every hour. Patojonas 03:53, 14 February 2013 (PST)

And for the sake of more data points, with +20% faster villains equipped and a high level minstrel (with full nurture-vs-nature), I am getting villains roughly every 30 minutes. --XKiv (talk) 15:12, 14 February 2013 (PST)

I had +30% from equipment, max level minstrel +judo gloves and model T-1000, and got them roughly every 30 minutes as well, I added to the villain chance modifiers page a note about a 50% cap. Patojonas 17:56, 14 February 2013 (PST)
