futuristic vegetable paste
Plural: tubes of futuristic vegetable paste
If George and Judy aren't lying to us, vegetables in the far future will come in the form of tiny pills. So, presumably, this green paste is from the nearer future when vegetables come in tubes.
Either that or a hovertank drove over some veggies. It could really be either.

How Obtained
When Used
You spray the vegetable paste into your mouth. It's like vitameatavegamin and vegemite had a baby... vitameatavegamite.
You want to get as far away from it as possible. Your body apparently agrees as you gain 2 Reflexes.
Using multiple: Same as single use
