Eels don't typically use ranged weapons, so you can't really get in the mood. Maybe something a little more up close and personal?
  • If you don't have enough ions in your inventory:
You don't have enough ions to emulate the ion eel. Without ions the ion eel is just an eel, which isn't very intimidating.
  • If you have enough ions and don't have a ranged weapon equipped:
You dart forward like the majestic ion eel, grabbing the <foe> like the ion eel for X damage and digging in your fangs... errr, fingers while you shock them for X damage.
