Plural: giant throwing stars
If guns designed to take down elephants are elephant guns, this is probably a giant ninja star. I mean, it might already be a giant ninja's star, but it could also be a star designed to take down a giant ninja.
Just make sure you make your shot count, because this isn't one of those new-fangled throwing stars that comes back after every attack.
