Plural: dungeon drops
These are little bits of treasure and trash items to sell to a vendor. Well, that or jellied candies that are dungeon flavored. I'm really not sure which is worse.

If you happen to have one of the Dungeon Dash, Dungeon Dinner or Dungeon Durability buffs, that buff will be extended for 60 minutes for each dungeon drop consumed.
