Livia's icicle pendant

This is an ever-frozen, never-melting icicle, once worn by Livia la Frostheim, a crafty villainess with a penchant for nifty underwater bases and needless self-destruct mechanisms. Nobody knows where Livia is at the moment, or how she managed to lose her trademark talisman.
